Im failing math..my math teacher can't control the class..hellppp?

what's...? sorry but my teacher spends more time yelling than teaching,..

1) y=4y+30?

2) 0.8k=0.2k+24

3) 2.75x+24=3x

4) x=9x-72

5)7r+10=3r+50

6) 2d+36= -3d-54

7) 3b-8=14-8b

8)7x-4=5x-x+35

9) 3m-5m-12=7m-88-5

THANK YOUUU !! %26lt;3Im failing math..my math teacher can't control the class..hellppp?
My mom had to pick me up early from school today because I was sooo lost in math.. but after being tutored for 3 hours on this stuff i'dsay I'm the master.. I'll show you how to work one..

#5

because 7r is bigger than 3r you are going to move the 3r to the other side. so you are going to subtract 3r from 7 r to get 4r. then you are going to put the regular #s on the other side. so you are going to subtract 10 from 50. so thenyou are going to dived 40 by 4 and you will have 10Im failing math..my math teacher can't control the class..hellppp?
Your Maths teacher must be a little bit stressed out. My Maths teacher is nice.
If you are in college, you can drop the class. If you are still in high school, talk to your guidance counsler and see what can be done. Maybe they can switch you to another class........
my mathteacher was a real dooche bag too. *** em......copy from a smart nerd, thats what i did.
my wife teaches she had problem with her class to .I feel sorry for you guys that what to learn
Switch classes. As for how to answer the questions...I'm not giving you the answers, you need to learn it on your own. Just put all similar variables (attached to the number in front of it) on the same side. Remember, if you have to move the number it becomes the opposite positive or negative. The add/subtract like variables and numbers without variables. Then divide both sides by the number in front of the variable. For example (I'll do the first one):

y=4y+30

y-4y=30

-3y=30

y=30/-3

y=-10

Now, check your answer:

-10=4(-10)+30

-10=-40+30

-10=-10

and you've got the right answer.
Oh god!I'm in fourth grade and I'm learning this!(really!).

It's Algebraic Equations.Alright, it's a bit hard to explain.I'll do my best.For example:

38b+45c=843

Now we start:-3 on 38b and -4 on 45c and -8 on 843. Now we have:8b 5c and 43 What could = 3. 1+2. But 8+5 doesn't equal 4.Alright 38b and 45c and 843 are back.3+4=7 so what+what equals 13. 9 and 4 so...b is 9 and c is 4 or the other way-doesn't matter which. But if both were b and the answer was 738, that would mean they both equal 4. Get the point?
are you in middle or in high school?
