Teachers who can't control the class?

Have you ever had a teacher who can't control the class?





I do, currently, for RE. Last year, we had a teacher who was really strict. This year, my teacher can't control the class. She's perfectly nice and not annoying, and that's why I'm annoyed myself.





There's a bunch of kids at the back who think they're really ';hard';, a few of the lads always chat and such...I'm not a ';geek'; or anything, but I just don't like seeing a teacher pushed over like that. Sometimes they say things that really hurts the teacher, even though they don't know it.





Should I say something to the teacher about the way she teaches? Or just sit there?





I have her tomorrow and whilst I'm not a teacher's pet, I have enough respect which some people in the class lack. But I don't want to have her for the entire year and just watch her getting trampled by kids half her age.Teachers who can't control the class?
Speaking to the teacher is a good idea. Class control is essential and your teacher should be provided help by other teachers and the school administration./
