Here's something to consider. When an individual is facing the prospect of Bankruptcy and general financial ruin, someone will probably suggest that they ';load up'; before they declare anything legally. A new car with a heavy loan, and max advances on credit cards, that kind of thing, and then it all will get wiped away by Bankruptcy.
