I am assuming the naughty child is yours??

You have to start punishing him, take away ALL his toys, no outings out, early to bed etc etc.

What does the school say - have they seen this before, how do they handle it - what do they suggest you do?

Speak to your GP to get him checked for any behavioural problems. how can i control noughty child in class?
There is a reason he acts out, maybe he doesnt get attention at home or its a really negative environment he lives in and he doesnt know better. I would probably want to talk to the parents about this and get them involved, but dont say that you think he lives in a bad environment, maybe approach it something like ';He seems to act out frequently, and I was hoping I could talk to you so we can figure out why. We want him to be a part of our class, but it's difficult to give all the students the help they need when I'm focusing on him most of the time.';

I would continue using the naughty corner, because this takes away his ability to reflect his negativity on others.
Please tell me you are NOT his teacher!

Ponishment= Punishment

noughty=naughty

hus=he

Maybe he is ADD or ADHD talk with your doctor.

I also want you to know, I apologize if this sounds rude that was not how I wanted it to come across and I make mistakes also if just apart of life.
Have you spoken to this boy's parents? It sounds like he has severe discipline problems that coud be due to issues at home. If you haven't yet, call them and discuss the current issues with them.
Call child services on his parents.

He's learning his behaviour from somewhere.
