Ok, first on your list should be condoms. This is a barrier method that helps prevent any exchange of fluids. Because of this, it not only ainds in the prevention of pregnancy, but VD as well. If you are single this is ALWAYS the best method.
Second would be homorne birth control. This includes the pill, nuva-ring (vaginal ring that sits around the cervyx and releases hormones), Depo-provera(the shot) just to name a few. It depends on your history what your doctor would recommend. These are NOT recommended for women over 35 especially if you smoke because they can cause blood clots. If you are generally healthy though, these can be good options.Birth Control homework for Health Class???
Shot or IUD. Because I don't have to think about them.
And most people in America are too dumb for the pill. (Miss one? Wait a week, taking two the next day does NOT HELP.)
Mainly condoms for the STD protection. Not sure what else.
