also sossession of drug paraphelnalia first offense class A misdemeaner syringes and digital scales.......he is a body builder and got caught with steroids that he makes for himself....I need help to see if he will have to serve time...please pray that he wont!Just wanting some info on : trafficking in a controlled substance second degree class d felony for nandrolone,?
Find a lawyer, get it reduced to possession, drop the trafficking. Having a controlled substance, D felony might not be able to drop. If so, he'll pay fines, ordered to attend substance abuse class. But depending on the lawyer and prosecutor, they may be able to grease palms and get it reduced to possession.
