Is their a prestige class in a splat D&D book that makes me better at controlling minds yet is full caster?

By full caster i mean it says ';+1 level to existing (arcane) spellcasting class'; on every prestige class level. I usually play an elven sorcerer. Is their a prestige class in a splat D%26amp;D book that makes me better at controlling minds yet is full caster?
Try looking at Complete Arcane. I think the class you are looking for is Mindbender. Unfortunately, it has so many special powers it was penalized spell levels to 'pay' for its power.

There is also the Mesmerist in Champions of Darkness, but I think that might be a divine class. I don't know much about it anyway.

There is also a class called Thrallherd which is in Expanded Psionic and obviously a Psionic class.

I think also think there was one in the unofficial book in the Ultimate Classes series. Many of the classes in those books are not useful, but some are really overbalanced.

Caster limits where implemented in 3.5 to prevent mages from becoming ramapntly over powerful by getting special class features like other class AND more spell casting potential.

Use +1 caster level items to help overcome the penialty. Also there is a feat that raises your casting level for the purposes of speel damage, range and saves. What it doesn't do is increase your spell slots or spell known.
