Car rental class comparison, renting an intermediate car through enterprise should one expect cruise control?

I rented a car through enterprise for a week,intermediate level.Online says car comparison is Toyota corolla, pontiac G5 or nissan sentra.Used AARP on reservation, when car was picked up I got HYUNDAI accent, no cruise, power locks or windows. Manager knew that a 52 yr old woman was renting the car, driving 1,000 miles one way and never told her these facts,all he said was do you want extra ins. coverage, you have half tank of gas, no damage %26amp; initial here, nor did he say that the only person that can authorize car exchange in another location is the Gen. manager where car is rented, which theirs quit a mo. ago, so no one could exchange the car. Should I be upset %26amp; expect to be given a discount at all?Car rental class comparison, renting an intermediate car through enterprise should one expect cruise control?
You should be. You reserved an intermediate car, but you were given an economy car, which is two car classes lower than what you reserved. They should have (at least) given you the rate for an economy car. If they didn't, you were taken advantage of.Car rental class comparison, renting an intermediate car through enterprise should one expect cruise control?
Nope, you rented a car. Not a car with cruise and all the options. And they said what most of there cars are however it also says other or the typical ';Or Similar';
