No they'll just give enormous amounts of cash (ours) to social giveaway programs like welfare %26amp; food stamps etc. to the lazy non-working, drug dealing, thieving, murdering scum of the U.S. who are so ignorant they'll sit below sea level while a cat-4 hurricane bears down on them threatening to drown them all instead of putting them all to work rebuilding the crumbling infrastructure of the U.S.





That's probably best though since they'd do such shoddy work it'd have to be re-done...probably cheaper to give them social giveaways...or shoot them.
